New Blog & Current Projects

I decided to start a blog to keep track of my crafts, crochet, cross stitch, and embroidery projects. I usually keep the things I make, but I do give things away and occasionally sell things, so I though it would work well to keep photos of everything here. I'm also constantly gathering ideas for more crafts, as well as patterns for crochet and cross stitch, so hopefully, I'll be able to keep track of what I have here...so I don't buy a pattern twice!

I'm currently working on the November Cottage of the Month by Country Cottage Needleworks. I ADORE CCN designs. This is the first pattern of theirs that I've done, but I plan to do many more, including the entire Cottage of the Month series. This is also the first time I've stitched on linen, as well as the first time I've used anything besides DMC (I'm using the recommended hand-dyed threads...from Weeks and The Gentle Art). I also just finished the Haunted Library beaded kit from Mill Hill. It goes with the Haunted Mansion (Mill Hill) that I did right before it. They turned out so well. I have the Haunted Hotel to do, but I won't do that until next year since Halloween is so close already. Stock photos here. I'll have my photos up soon!
